FAQ

Q: Should I bring anything to my appointment?

A: Yes, bring all your wedding gown pictures you may have been dreaming about. You may even bring style numbers of dresses that you have found flattering on yourself, but most of all... bring an open mind. At Deborah's Bridal we look at dressing brides as an art form and truly wish to please each bride and make her look her most discriminating best.

Q: Who should I bring to my appointment?

A: The bridal gown buying experience is a very personal and joyous event. Those friends and family members that are dearest to you may want to share in the adventure. This is a time for you to focus and realize how you truly want to look for your husband-to-be on your wedding day. Bringing an entourage may sound like fun, but it can take away from the importance of the decisions you have to make.

A: Yes, we carry a large assortment of wedding gowns that we can sell off the floor and usually at great savings. Q: Are children and babies allowed?

A: We love children and are parents ourselves however, we are a full service bridal salon where both the bride and our staff want to remember and create a once in a lifetime experience for our customer. Children 13 and older capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in their provided seating area if brought to the store. It is recommended to please not bring babies or children under the age of 13 to the bridal salon. If you cannot comply with this policy you may be asked to reschedule. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was also created with your child's safety in mind. Please understand that our concern is the safety of your child. We sincerely hope that you will aid us in keeping our salon a safe and relaxing environment for all guests to enjoy.

Do you charge for appointments?

To reserve an appointment on a Saturday, you will need a credit card. There is a $50 cancellation fee if you do not show up or do not cancel 48 hours prior to your appointment date. Charging for reserving appointments on Saturdays, our busiest day, allows us to give more brides an opportunity to be seen by keeping their appointments or cancelling in time for us to schedule another customer. We will email you the credit card authorization form for you to fill out and return to us when reserving your appointment. Your credit card will be pre-authorized for the reservation amount of $50 on Wednesday, the week of your appointment. This is merely a hold on funds and not an actual charge. In the event you are a no show or do not give a 48 hour window for cancellation, your pre-authorization amount will then convert to an actual charge on our credit card. In addition, your pre-authorization on your credit card will automatically fall off your card approximately 24 hours after your appointment (depending on your bank).
