The bridal line merchandise we offer for sale on our website are previous showroom samples. Sometimes unclaimed merchandise may also be included. Showroom samples will have some normal wear and tear on them from being tried on in the store. The pricing reflects the condition of the gown and sometimes the unclaimed merchandise for sale is almost brand new. The pricing is lovable and beyond fair, for this reason there are no returns or exchanges on sale merchandise. You may bring your website purchase into the store for alteration and pressing services. Shipping & Handling
We ship to almost any address in the United States. Your package will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or the United States Post Office depending on which carrier is the most efficient and cost effective to your address. Shipping and handling costs depend on the shipping method you choose (Standard, 2 day, next day, etc), the weight of the item, and the destination. Depending on your location, several shipping methods may be available. Extra charges may apply for Alaska, or Hawaii on orders that need expediting. Online Changes & Cancellations
Our shipping department is organized to send orders quickly and efficiently. Processing begins as soon as an order has been placed. We cannot change, cancel or modify orders once they have been confirmed; this includes product changes as well as payment, shipping address and shipping method.
